As another step in cleaning up 'src/hyteg' the commit introduces a new
'memory' subdirectory and moves the following files into it:

 - FunctionMemory.hpp
 - LevelWiseMemory.hpp
 - MemoryAllocation.hpp
 - StencilMemory.hpp
