Building with Trilinos depends on PETSc

Hi,

I just noticed that HYTEG_BUILD_WITH_TRILINOS=yes will only work, if HYTEG_BUILD_WITH_PETSC is also active. The reason seems to be (at least) that the Trilinos interface makes use of the PetscInt datatype. The problem is that this dependency is not caught by our cmake setup.

Cheers
Marcus
