Slightly relax another test tolerance

Commit relaxes the tolerance for InverseBlending+PrimitiveIDFindingTest
from 1e-15 to 5e-15 to satisfy the intel_20_mpionly_eigen_petsc_trilinos
job in the pipeline. This time for the 3D runs.
