With the removal of the `icc_2022` jobs from the pipeline in [2e37ab84fc7d66f8716068e9fb962949f87e6d82], we have no longer any jobs that set - `HYTEG_BUILD_WITH_ADIOS2: "OFF"` - `HYTEG_TERRANEO_MODULE: "OFF"` In order to make sure that we can always build without these dependencies resp. features we should nominate other jobs that do not include these.
