Clean Inline Code Generation Behavior

Output Mode inline

• The inline output mode is an artifact of previous versions of the SFG and is now useless. Remove it.

Automatic Inlining with output mode header-only

• Update the composer to always generated inline definitions of functions, methods, constructors, kernels, ... if header-only output is requested
