Added DetectAndStoreContacts-Kernel for MESA_PD. This kernel allows to store all Contacts detected in a ContactStorage. Includes a testcase, performed other adaptions of MESA_PD in preparation of HCSITS-Solver integration, e.g. DataTypes and attributes of BaseShape.
