pystencils submodule

Dominik Thoennes requested to merge thoennes/pystencils-submodule into master

This introduces pystencils and lbmpy as submodules for better version tracking. At default, the submodules are used (via the PYTHONPATH variable) but a fallback is implemented to use a systemwide installed version in case of e.g. release tarballs.
