Adding trigger job for benchmarking pipeline at RRZE Gitlab

This adds a new Job to the benchmarking stage. If the ci pipeline passes this jobs triggers the continuous benchmarking pipeline at the RRZE Gitlab Repo. The results are then shown in the grafana instance. Currently this new trigger job is only executed on the default branch of the original walberla repo
