change mesa pd message for OpenMesh to DEBUG

Dominik Thoennes requested to merge thoennes/mesa-pd-warning into master

MesaPD currently always prints a status message if OpenMesh is not found.

To the HyTeG users and potentially also to the walberla users this might look like a problem even though it probably does not effect their code at all.

Therefore, I would like to change this message to only print in debug logging
