Fix domain size for turbulent channel

Helen Schottenhamml requested to merge fix_turbulent_channel into master

This MR introduces the adaption of the domain size according to the domain decomposition.
Otherwise, non-physical artefacts can appear if the domain size in one direction is not divisible by the number of blocks in this direction.
