GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Adjust UniformGrid benchmarks for the RDM pipeline.

Include the timing pool measurements to the SQLite database output managed by python bindings within the Python benchmark parameter scripts.
Adjust the benchmark parameter scripts to match the requirements for the RDM pipeline scripts.
Adjust the benchmarking methods in the RDM python setup script to match the requirements of the waLBerla developer team.
