Fix argument order of calcInteria in Sphere constructor.

calcInertia of Sphere is called with the wrong argument order. The sphere moment of inertia is completely wrong.

- Need to find Boost library path before we search for the Python libraries, even if we don't need any other libraries
- std::experimental::filesystem::current_path is broken in libstdc++ 5.4 and lower

External apllications which did not set the C++ standard to 14 in their CMakeLists.txt failed to build. This change allows them to build without further user actions.
