Remove tinyhhg.h and bubblefunctionspace

This will remove the "all" header and the bubblefunction space which we dont need anymore. I also performed clang-format on some files, which I probably should have done separately. I hope this does not cause too many merging issues. If one should encounter merge conflicts I think it is save to just take their version of the file and fix the header.
