Resolve issue #184

Marcus Mohr requested to merge mohr/issue184-v7 into master

The merge will make the evaluate() and evaluateGradient() methods of P[12]Function and DGFunction expect physical instead of computational coordinates. Additionally it fixes the problem with piecewise defined blending maps described as part of issue #184 (closed).
