Add Stokes benchmarks for annulus and thick spherical shell settings

The benchmarks are based on and extend, w.r.t. boundary conditions, those described in Analytical solutions for mantle flow in cylindrical and spherical shells by Kramer et al.

Also noteworthy is the addition of a PythonCallingWrapper class.
