Add python script to check output from AdiosWriterTest

This MR is related to #258 (closed). It adds a job to the pipeline that checks whether the output BP "files" generated by the ADIOS2 writers contain data that "makes sense". It uses the ADIOS2 tool bpls for the comparing the output to stored references.
