Use pylikwid in pystencils

I think it would be a good idea to use pylikwid in pystencils. In that way pystencils could make sure, that memory allocation, initialization, and execution are done on the same process etc.

Especially, when it comes to reliable performance benchmarks, pystencils could highly profit from the pylikwid functionality.
