Remove one of the Assignements

There exists the Assignment provided by SymPy and the SympyAssignment. Both do almost the same but are treated differently in the back. It is confusing to use both in pystencils. A better idea would be to remove the Assignment by SymPy and only keep the pystencils version. This version is better adapted to our purposes
