Add pyhtml to tests and artifacts

I think this should suffice to produce the artifacts. But pytest-html and ansi2html need to be added to the docker images.

You can add the newly required packages to the conda file. Then you can trigger the docker file build in the pycodegen repository and the pipelines for this MR should run through.
