GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Use find_package(OpenMP), fix some minor errors and work around compiler bugs. Thanks to https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/merge_requests/1812, OpenMP on macOS is now also supported.
