AMR single settling sphere benchmark

Christoph Rettinger requested to merge mr_pecoupling_AMRSettlingSphere into master

This adds another benchmark for adaptive refinement. It features a settling sphere and can be freely parametrized with the Galileo number. It is thus a good playground for AMR and starting point for own AMR apps.
