Fixes for MESA-PD: Shape type duplication checks and mass/inertia on some shapes

First batch of fixes fills the mass and inertia attributes on some shapes.

Secondly, the shape type of all shapes up to now only was checked agains the sphere shape type for duplication, which got fixed as well.
