Enable CI on github

Merged Dominik Thoennes requested to merge add-github-ci into master

I just created a simple script to enable the CI on github.

There is also Pull Request on github itself to see if it works. https://github.com/lssfau/walberla/pull/2

I think we should merge it here and then delete the branch and PR on github.
