Showcase for dense particle packing

This MR adds a fully functional app that allows for dense random particle packings (spheres, ellipsoids, mesh-based polygons) in a cylindrical container or a periodic domain.

Further tasks:

  • Provide example mesh to be used
  • Document options of config file
  • Document features above main function
