Pdf centering information in codegen

Helen Schottenhamml requested to merge mr_pdf_centering_codegen into master

For some applications, it might be useful to retrieve the information about the pdf centering from the lattice model since this information is now decoupled from compressibility.
This MR adds this information as static const variable to be accessed whenever needed.
